It is with sadness we share Café Rosé will be closing its doors on December 21st.

The reality of today's coffee market has made it increasingly difficult to continue offering the fresh, locally and ethically sourced coffee you've come to love. When we opened three years ago, we proudly sold premium coffee at $15 a bag - a price that felt right for everyone. Today, $15 is what we pay wholesale, which would mean raising our retail prices to a point that no longer feels fair or accessible. Like any small business, we cannot sustain without the profit margin to pay the bills. More importantly, though, we refuse to compromise on the quality and values that make Café Rosé special.

And this place is special because of you. You've transformed Café Rosé into more than a coffee store. You've woven a community within these walls - one filled with warmth, connection, and kindness that lingers long after the day ends.

So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
